What We Do

Complete care, one family at a time.

Every consultation begins with understanding your pet, your concerns, your circumstances. Then, we build a plan together.

Consultations

Comprehensive health assessments with time to listen. We don't rush — every visit gets the attention it deserves.

Vaccinations

Vaccination protocols based on the latest guidelines. Auto-reminders so you never miss a due date.

Surgery

Spay, neuter, soft tissue and dental procedures. Complete pre-surgical workup and post-op care included.

Dental Care

Complete COHAT (comprehensive oral health assessment and treatment) with in-house dental radiographs — scaling, polishing and extractions.

Wellness Plans

Tailored preventative health screens for your pet based on its age, breed and lifestyle. Prevention is better than reaction.

Your Visit

What to expect.

Clear, unhurried care at every step. Here's what each kind of visit looks like — tap to explore.

What to expect during your consultation.

Regular consultations (30 minutes)

Whether your pet is due for a general health check or is experiencing a new concern, our regular consultation slots provide adequate time for a thorough examination, discussion of your pet's presenting symptoms, and recommendations for the next steps in care.

Long consultations (45–60 minutes)

These longer consultations provide more time — necessary for more complicated issues, or more than one condition. They also suit clients who have more questions, or who'd like to delve deeper into technical explanations.

Skin consultations (45 minutes)

Skin problems can be frustrating for both pets and their families, and are one of the most common recurring issues faced by pet owners in Singapore. We allocate extra time so we can understand your pet's history, run tests, review previous treatment outcomes, identify triggers, and build a tailored long-term management plan with you.

Vaccination consultations (30 minutes)

Vaccination appointments are about more than an annual injection. We perform a health assessment, review lifestyle and risk factors, ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations, parasite prevention and deworming, and discuss any concerns needing further investigation — because we believe in preventative healthcare at every stage of life.

When your pet is unwell, timely answers can make all the difference. That's why we're equipped with a comprehensive suite of in-house diagnostic equipment from IDEXX Laboratories, allowing us to perform many tests right here in the clinic and receive results the same day.

Our in-house laboratory assesses organ function, evaluates blood cell counts, screens for infections, and investigates a wide range of conditions without the delays of external labs. This lets us identify problems earlier, make informed decisions promptly, and begin treatment as soon as possible.

By combining advanced diagnostics with thorough clinical assessment, we provide efficient, evidence-based care to help your pet feel better sooner.

Do note that certain confirmatory, specialised, or advanced tests still need to be sent to external laboratories.

Dental disease is one of the most common health conditions seen in dogs and cats, and many painful problems can remain hidden beneath the gum line.

For this reason, we include dental radiographs as part of every dental procedure — allowing us to assess the tooth roots, surrounding bone, and structures below the gums that can't be evaluated by visual examination alone.

Our dental procedures may include:
  • Dental radiographs (x-rays) — to detect hidden disease such as root infections, tooth resorption and other abnormalities.
  • Scaling — removal of plaque and tartar from the tooth surfaces and beneath the gum line.
  • Polishing — smoothing the tooth surface after scaling to reduce future plaque buildup.
  • Extractions — removal of diseased, damaged, loose or painful teeth to improve comfort and quality of life.

Our goal isn't simply to clean teeth, but to thoroughly assess oral health, identify sources of pain or infection, and provide the most appropriate treatment.

All dental procedures are performed under General Anaesthesia (GA).

We understand surgery can be an anxious time for both pets and families. Our team is committed to making your pet's procedure as safe and comfortable as possible through careful planning, thorough assessment, and attentive monitoring throughout their stay.

For all routine surgical procedures, care typically includes:
  • Pre-surgical consultation — to discuss the procedure, review medical history, address concerns, and confirm your pet is a suitable candidate for anaesthesia.
  • Estimates & consent — we review the treatment plan and costs, answer your questions, and obtain informed written consent before proceeding.
  • Pre-anaesthetic blood testing — recommended to identify any underlying conditions that may affect anaesthetic safety or recovery.
  • Day hospitalisation — your pet is admitted for the day so we can monitor them before, during and after the procedure, with discharge instructions for home care.

Whether it's a routine sterilisation or a more complex procedure, our goal is competent, high-quality surgical care while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Our Space

53 Upper East Coast Road

We know medical spaces can feel sterile and scary — so we designed Willow to be intentionally warm and welcoming, with hues of oak and honey that create a sense of calm and invitation.

Separated waiting areas for dogs and cats mean peace of mind for owners, who are often unsure how their pet will behave around another species.

For your food-motivated furbabies, do help yourselves to our treats corner — a little positive reinforcement that vets and clinics don't have to be feared!

At Willow, your energy matters to us. We aim to create a respectful space for staff and pet owners alike, and our team gives their best every day — please bring kindness with you in every interaction.

Life at Willow

May is Veterinary Nursing Awareness month and we wanted to shine a light 💡 on our team and what it is that makes them special!

💙 At Willow, our senior nurses are credentialed and have many years of vet clinic experience - they offer helpful perspectives which helps us do our job better
💙 They are often the first ones in the clinic, and last ones to leave, making sure everything runs smoothly
💙 With their experience, they often bring our attention to your pet’s less-obvious issues: a hidden wound here, a new bump there
💙 They are true multi-taskers: running the diagnostic machines, comforting your pet, prepping the medications, settling bills

Photo 1: Nikki - she is highly experienced in the industry, with certs in Nutrition and Vet Nursing. She is a warm and comforting presence + she is often your pet’s favourite person in the clinic!

Photo 2: Josie - she is a highly skilled and capable nurse who believes strongly in client education and cares deeply about your pet’s welfare and their quality of life. Your pet will love impressing her with their tricks (for a treat!)
Hello everyone! 👋🏼 Happy to meet all of you here on Instagram - thanks for all the shares and follows so far! We thought it would be a good time to put faces to the name and introduce the vets driving Willow!

✨From left - right (first photo):
Dr Kai, Dr Amanda, Dr Pearlyn

Dr Amanda and Dr Pearlyn met in vet school in Perth and became good friends 💙; then they met Dr Kai when they joined their first GP vet clinic in Singapore post-graduation. Easy-going, cheerful, and always ready to share a laugh 🤭, friendship came easy to all of us. Starting Willow Vet together felt natural, given that our values and styles align in practice and medicine.

We share the same hope that veterinary care should be based on compassion and comfort (for both pets and clients), and grounded in progressive and evidence-backed practice📚.

We hope to meet you and all the furbabies soon in clinic!
